Justice Minister hails Iran’s impartiality in Karabakh issue![]() November 12, 2012 - 13:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan praised Iran's impartial stance on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Fars news agency reported. "Iran has acted very logically and impartially with regard to Karabakh issue," Tovmasyan said at a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Morteza Bakhtiari on Sunday, Nov 11. As Tovmasyan stressed, there is no impediment to further expansion of Iran-Armenia relations. Iranian officials have on many occasions voiced Tehran's readiness to help resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees.
