As Sergey Minasyan told a press conference, all forces are seeking to exert influence on the political processes. “Serzh Sargsyan will have a strong rival, if Prosperous Armenia resolves to back another candidate, be it party leader Gagik Tsarukyan or ex-minister Vartan Oskanian,” the expert said, deeming current president favorite for presidency.
