Armenian envoy, Georgian minister discuss cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian ambassador to Georgia Hovhannes Manukyan met November 19 with newly-appointed Georgian Interior Minister Irakli Garibashvili.

Ambassador Manukyan congratulated Minister Garibashvili on the appointment, conveying Armenian police chief Vladimir Gasparyan’s invitation to visit Armenia.

Minister Garibashvili highly assessed relations with Armenia, noting that the policy Georgia’s current prime minister pursues aims to deepen inter-state cooperation.

Georgian Minister briefed the envoy on the future structural changes in Interior Ministry, with the parties further discussing cooperation formats regarding issues needing quick response.
