Armenian envoy briefs U.S. students on Karabakh settlement prospects![]() November 22, 2012 - 12:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian ambassador to the U.S. Tatoul Margarian delivered a speech for conflict theory program students at the invitation of School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University. Ambassador Margarian briefed the students on the current stage and prospects of Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution. The speech was followed by a Q&A session with students mainly asking questions about the mediation mission, the negotiation stages and the role of the regional developments in the resolution of Karabakh problem. The students of the conflict theory program are expected to visit Armenia and NKR in the future. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
