Armenian Diaspora Minister meets Consul General to Aleppo

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan met with RA Consul General to Aleppo Karen Grigoryan.

Issues related to Syrian Armenians were in the focus of the meeting, with Minister Hakobyan stressing the Diaspora Ministry’s efforts to ease the community’s problems.

The Consul General, in turn, expressed the community’s appreciation of the operation of Arabic-language school in Yerevan.

Government decision exempting Syrian Armenians from passport fees was further discussed, press service of RA Diaspora Ministry reported.
