  Armenian parliament approves 2013 draft budget December 5, 2012 - 16:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian parliament approved 2013 draft budget with 71-37 votes in favor and no abstentions. The parliamentary groups of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Orinats Yerkir voted for the adoption of the document, with representatives of ARF Dashnaktsutyun, Prosperous Armenia, Armenian National Congress (ANC) and Heritage voting against it.
