Armenian presidential candidate registration to kick off Jan 4

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Central Election Committee (CEC) unanimously approved the schedule for conduction of 2013 presidential race.

As CEC president Tigran Mukuchyan noted, the registration of presidential candidates will kick off January 4 to run until January 14. February 8 has been set as the deadline for renouncing candidacy. The campaign will run from Jan 2 to Feb 16.

“10 voter guides, including 2 in foreign languages are planned to be compiled, with a video to be made on election regulations,” Mr. Mukuchyan said.
