According to Iran’s Press TV, Azerbaijan has been enlisting the help of "Israeli military advisors" in order to improve its drone capabilities. The report said that Baku "has been using Orbiter ultra-light drones assembled with the help of Israeli experts to carry out operations along the border with Karabakh." Press TV quoted Iranian military experts as saying that Azerbaijan uses Elbit Systems' Hermes-450 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for control and surveillance missions. The experts said "Israeli satellites are closely cooperating with Azeri drones, though they have a long way to go before reaching the ideal level."
