NKR ex-minister slams Armenian President’s speech at RPA congress

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former foreign minister of Artsakh Republic said he hasn’t decided yet on presidency.

“Though Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s announcement came as a big surprise to many, the party’s relations with the incumbent president remained unchanged” Arman Melikyan said.

Dwelling on the congress of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), NKR former minister said the issues raised by the party leader, President Serzh Sargsyan were of no interest to ordinary citizens.
