Heritage party leader, presidential candidate Raffi Hovannissian has announced a decision to launch the election campaign on Jan 21 in Yerevan’s Liberty Square.

“We must conduct a very proactive campaign,” he told a Jan 18 press conference, adding that their election headquarters won’t be merely 'technical and formal'.

The candidate further said that he will be in charge of the campaign organization and conduction, with the chief of the headquarters to be announced on Jan 20.
