It’s the holiday of all those who struggled for the independence of our country, for free and sovereign Artsakh, for the security of our country’s borders. I cordially congratulate the soldiers of Armenian army and the whole army staff, whishing new achievements, sound health and well-being for the sake of peaceful and strong Republic of Armenia,” the address reads.
