  Gyumri Mayor, CIS observers discuss presidential polls January 29, 2013 - 14:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Gyumri Mayor Samvel Balasanyan met Feb 14 with members of the group of CIS observers, led by Deputy CIS Executive Secretary Vladimir Gorkun. The observers briefed on the goals of their mission, the planned visits and meetings. Issues related to electoral-processes and presidential candidates’ visits to the city were further discussed.
