French President not planning to visit Armenia, envoy says![]() January 31, 2013 - 15:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The itinerary of French President François Hollande does not include a visit to Armenia on April 24, Laurent Bili, the French ambassador to Turkey said. “There is no such planned visit within my knowledge. The story was a surprise to me as well,” Bili told the Hürriyet Daily News. Earlier reports suggested that Mr. Hollande was planning to go to Yerevan on the Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day.
