Zardusht Alizadeh expressed skepticism over Moscow to take efforts towards speedy resolution of the problem. “Though Russia officially recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, it aims to protract the conflict to maintain control of the region,” SalamNews quoted Zardusht Alizadeh as saying.
