Criminal case instigated on double voting![]() February 18, 2013 - 20:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A criminal case has been instigated on an incident of double voting or voting for another person, under Article 153 of RA Criminal Code. Head of the election commission at Yerevan’s 12/16 polling station Zohrak Hovhannisyan reported a case of double voting by citizens Hovhannes Movsisyan and Gagik Mikayelyan.
