 Most money spent on Serzh Sargsyan media campaign February 18, 2013 - 21:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of the control and review service of the Central Election Commission of Armenia (CEC) said no violation of election campaign rules had been reported. Sevak Hovhannisyan noted that the incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan spent most money on media campaign, with AMD 43 mln 260 thous allocated for the purpose. Presidential hopeful, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian came second, with AMD 35 mln 200 thous. spent on media campaign, followed by candidate Hrant Bagratyan with AMD 5 mln 808 thous. Meanwhile, candidates Paruyr Hayrikyan, Vardan Sedrakyan and Andrias Ghukasyan never benefited from paid airtime.
