RPA spokesman: we will pursue the path of unification

PanARMENIAN.Net - Spokesman of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Eduard Sharmazanov has described Feb 18 presidential elections as democratic.

“The polls reaffirmed the ruling authorities’ political will,” he said, dubbing the polls as the best in past years.

Dwelling on the possible cooperation between the candidates, Mr Sharmazanov said, “President Sargsyan has already issued an address, expressing gratitude to the candidates. He thanked his rivals and Armenian people, voicing confidence that the authorities will pursue the path of development, promoting tolerance and unification.”
