Armenian, Greek FMs sign memorandum of cooperationMarch 16, 2013 - 18:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the speaker of the Greek parliament Vangelis Meimarakis, as part of his official visit to Greece. Foreign Minister Nalbandian briefed the speaker on the course of Armenia-EU cooperation and the processes ongoing in the framework of the Eastern Partnership project. Minister Nalbandian further met with his Greek counterpart Dimitris Avramopoulos, with political dialogue, bilateral cooperation, activities of the intergovernmental committees, as well as prospects of expanding relations in the tourism sector, fields of culture and education discussed. An agreement was reached to hold an intergovernmental committee meeting in fall of 2013. Upon completion of the meeting, Nalbandian and Avramopoulos signed a memorandum of cooperation.
