Armed citizen attempts to enter Armenian parliament

PanARMENIAN.Net - An Armenian citizen, armed with a knife, has made an attempt to enter the parliament building, Hraparak daily reported.

The policemen guarding the area opened fire to hinder the man’s intrusion. As a result, the citizen was wounded when trying to escape. Police refused to comment on the occurred.

The parliament press service told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that information will be clarified.
