Killed Armenian-Turkish soldier family attorney to submit case to ECHR![]() April 1, 2013 - 15:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The ruling over the killing of Armenian-Turkish soldier Sevag Balikci, sentencing the perpetrator to four years and five months in prison met severe public condemnation. According to Agos daily, the attorney of Balikci family Cem Halavurt expressed intention to appeal the court decision. The attorney slammed the testimonies as false, which becomes clearer once the latters are compared with the evidence. “It’s obvious the testimonies were forced,” the attorney said.
