  NKR, Hessen cooperation discussed in Stepanakert April 4, 2013 - 20:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Foreign Minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan met with the Head of Bergstrasse District State of Hessen of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) Matthias Wilkes and Armenia’s Honorary Consul to Hessen Steven Brian Fera. At Stepanakert-hosted meeting, the NKR official stressed the Republic’s interest in cooperation with Germany, with the parties further discussing the prospects of Hessen-Karabakh ties, NKR Foreign Ministry said.
