In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Senor Hasratyan refuted recent report claiming Azeri soldier Shikhsafiyev Farkhat Shikhveli oglu received a gunshot wound in Armenian ceasefire violation. “Karabakh side hasn’t violated the ceasefire.
