Not sober Azeri soldiers advancing against Armenian border guards

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani provocations were reported on April 10 in Armenian province of Tavush, defense ministry’s acting spokesman said.

“A group of not sober Azeri soldiers approached Armenian border guards.
