  Yerevan-based officer-psychologists visit NKR April 13, 2013 - 19:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Defense Minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan met with officer-psychologists and representatives of Yerevan State University’s “Resource for Strategic Studies” Center, currently in Stepanakert to conduct a seminar. According to NKR defense minister, the seminar titled “Basic techniques of psychological assistance” will foster the improvement of the institute of officers and psychologists in NKR.
