Envoy: proud to promote development of Russian-Armenian ties

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Russia’s outgoing ambassador Vyacheslav Kovalenko.

Minister Nalbandian thanked ambassador Kovalenko for deepening of the Armenian-Russian cooperation during his term in office.

The envoy, in turn, expressed gratitude for RA foreign ministry’s assistance during the implementation of the mission.

The joint steps aimed at further expansion of Armenian-Russian relations were further discussed.

Upon completion of the meeting, Minister Nalbandian awarded ambassador Kovalenko with foreign ministry’s award, RA MFA press service reported.
