CEC to draft protocol on election of Yerevan city council membersMay 14, 2013 - 12:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Armenia will draft on May 14 the protocol on the election of Yerevan city council members. In conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net CEC spokesperson Hermine Harutyunyan said the CEC will draft a protocol on the distribution of the seats among the candidates in the list. The candidates’ registration will be announced invalid in case of the renouncement of seats, with other candidates on the list authorized to assume the mandate. It’s noteworthy that the commission received applications on renouncement of seats by 113 members of Prosperous Armenia party and 21 representatives of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).
