Cooperation between Armenian, Artsakh police discussed![]() May 21, 2013 - 14:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan met Tuesday, May 21, with Armenian Police chief Vladimir Gasparyan. Discussions focused on the activities of law enforcement bodies as well as cooperation between police departments of Armenia and Artsakh.
