Edward Nalbandian thanked the Council of Europe, PACE and other European institutions for their support to OSCE Minsk Group efforts in the peaceful settlement of the conflict. In this context, he noted the Minsk Group format as effective and important in the problem solution. “France, U.S. and Russia are permanent members of the UN Security Council. Four declarations have been adopted on the level of the presidents of those countries. As RA foreign minister, I express Armenia’s readiness to settle the conflict based on the statements adopted,” Minister Nalbandian said, adding that urging partner countries and international organizations to back Armenia’s position against Azeri stand is against Yerevan’s principle.
