 Artsakh Information Technologies Center construction is progress June 4, 2013 - 19:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the construction site of Stepanakert-based Artsakh Information Technologies Center. President Sahakyan stressed the importance of the institution in the development of information technologies in Artsakh. He also thanked the philanthropist Constantine Manoukyan for supporting the project. NKR Minister of Municipal Engineering Karen Shahramanyan and other officials accompanied the President on his visit, the Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office said.
