Two killed as Colorado wildfire burns 360 homesJune 14, 2013 - 11:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Two people have been killed by a wildfire raging north of the U.S. city of Colorado Springs, police said. Their bodies were recovered from the Black Forest area, where the blaze destroyed at least 360 homes since it started on Tuesday, June 13. Some 38,000 people have left their homes in what authorities have described as the most destructive wildfire in Colorado's history. It is one of three blazes currently burning in the state. A fire is currently threatening the world's highest suspension bridge on the Arkansas River. It charred about 3,150 acres (1,275 hectares) and was 20% contained, authorities said on Thursday. Tourist structures on either side of the Arkansas River have already been damaged. Meanwhile a third blaze, sparked by lightning, was burning further north in Rocky Mountain National Park, BBC News reported.
