Education minister hails Armenian – Estonian cooperation prospects![]() June 14, 2013 - 17:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan met on June 14 with Estonian ambassador Priit Turk, with the preparation for the cooperation agreement discussed. The deal will be signed during the planned meeting between Armenian and Estonian foreign ministers. Minister Ashotyan stressed the need to establish and strengthen inter-university ties and implement exchange programs for students and teachers. Armenian minister hailed the development prospects for Armenian–Estonian educational relations, with cooperation in agriculture-related professions further discussed, ministry’s press service reported. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with Stephan Schütz, Executive Partner at Gerkan, Marg and Partners. The number of state universities will be reduced from 23 to 8 by 2030, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan has said. Partner news |
