Then Jacques Chirac met with Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev. Today at 19.45 Yerevan time the Armenian and Azeri Presidents will open talks with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs, Foreign Ministers and Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO. Then, at 20.30 Yerevan time Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev will continue the talks in private. The Presidents do not intend to make statements upon completion of the meeting. However it is not ruled out that the OSCE MG Co-chairs will make a short statement, reported Mediamax.
