  NKR leader hosts diploma award ceremony for university graduates July 3, 2013 - 14:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan hosted a diploma award ceremony for the Artsakh State University students who graduated the Alma Mater with distinction. As the President noted in his speech during the already traditional diploma award ceremony, forming a well-developed educational system is among the key priorities of Artsakh. National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and other officials partook in the ceremony, the Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
