The parties also focused on a Podolsk road accident which left 18 dead, with truck driver Hrachya Harutyunyan accused of causing the crash. The envoy expressed condolences to the families of crash victims, also voicing hope for unbiased investigation of the incident. The Russian official, in turn, assured the ambassador of the thorough investigation based on fair approach and protection of human rights.
