  Zvartnots Airport posts passenger traffic of 1 070 805 in Jan-Aug September 23, 2013 - 16:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of passengers at Zvartnots Airport in January – August 2013 totaled 1 070 805 against 1 110 604 posted during the same period in 2012. According to the Central Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia, 518 180 people arrived in the country in January - August 2013 against 529 386 during the same period in 2012. 552 625 people left Armenia during the reporting period against 581 218 in that of 2012. 6 906 tons of cargo was transported in January – August 2013 against 7 510 tons during the same period of 2012. The total number of takeoffs and landings in the reporting period reached 5 538 against 6 973 during 2012.
