  Yerevan posts drop in apartment prices December 18, 2013 - 14:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 18 241 real estate deals were closed in October 2013 in Armenia, up 4,8% from last year’s results and 9,7% compared with September 2013. In October 2013, 64,5% of deals covered apartments in multistory buildings. The average price per 1 square meter dropped by 2,7% in October 2013 against September. A decrease of 4,7% was posted against last year's results. In October 2013, prices per square meter ranged from AMD 153000 to AMD 428000, with upper price limit related to central locations in Yerevan.
