NMC tenth issue of bonds listed at NASDAQ OMX ArmeniaMay 15, 2014 - 14:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The tenth issue of bonds by National Mortgage Company Refinancing Credit Organization CJSC (NMC RCO) was listed Thursday, May 15, at NASDAQ OMX Armenia on the main Abond list. This issue of the Company’s bonds comprises 10,000 coupon bonds for a total value of AMD 1 bln, maturity period of 36 months and coupon yield of 10%. The issue will be traded under NMCCB2A ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well. “Spring of 2014 was notable for National Mortgage Company due to two important dates: the first one is April 23, when we issued and successfully placed first mid-term bonds of the Company at NASDAQ OMX Armenia and the second date is today, May 15, when these bonds are listed on the main Abond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia. Both facts evidence of high level of market participants’ trust towards the Company, which we will further strengthen in the course of our activities. On April 23, 2014 NMC RCO placed this issue of corporate bonds at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. Demand for the Company’s bonds amounted AMD 2,478,193,315. From the placement the issuer has attracted AMD 981,365,520. Weighted average yield was 10.7688%, and the cut-off yield stood at 10.9501%. This is the first issue of the Company’s bonds listed on the main Abond list. Three other issues of bonds by NMC are currently admitted to trading and outstanding at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.
