Subscribers who have held an account for more than two weeks can access the service and browse data such as the gender, location and interests of their contacts. It is also possible to discover how many users viewed a particular tweet, and find out how many clicked on it. This information can be downloaded for offline viewing. Twitter Analytics has been accessible for celebrities and certain companies since July, but this is the first time the general public have been able to get their hands on the data.
