On Monday, September 8 the European Commission ruled to provide funding to the EU Neighborhood partners. This package includes programs to the total amount of Euro 5.5 billion for Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia.
