As the ICRC Yerevan Office representative Hasmik Galstyan told PanARMENIAN.Net the captive was given a letter from his family, the family was given information about Ananyan. According to the Armenian voters register, Ananyan is registered in the city of Noyemberyan in Armenia’s Tavush province. Meanwhile, the Yerevan Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) reported to be working on the issue of Ananyan.
