Artsakh President, MEP discuss NKR-Europe cooperationOctober 13, 2014 - 11:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The President of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic, Bako Sahakyan, met Sunday, Oct 12, with a member of the European Parliament, head of the EU-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group Eleni Theocharous to discuss cooperation between Europe and Artsakh, regional processes as well as the Karabakh conflict settlement. President Sahakyan described developing relations with European countries as one of most significant directions of Artsakh’s foreign policy agenda and said that official Stepanakert is interested in deepening the cooperation. NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan, chairman of the RA National Assembly's permanent commission on foreign relations Artak Zakaryan, head of the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy Kaspar Karapetian also attended the meeting, reported the Central Information Department at Artsakh’s President Office.
