The Abkhaz government will include 3 deputy prime ministers: Shamil Adzinba, an ex-deputy head of the State Sports Committee, he campaigned for vice president in 2011; Suren Kerselyan, the head of the Armenian community in Sukhumi, the minister for labor and social protection; Victor Khilchevsky, the minister for energy, transportation and communication, TASS reported. Armenians comprise the second biggest community in Abkhazia, their number officially totaling 40,000, approximately one-fifth of the country’s population.
