Jason Statham eyed to play Bullseye for “Daredevil” Season 2

PanARMENIAN.Net - Jason Statham could join Netflix's "Daredevil". As AceShowbiz reports citing a scoop from Latino-Review, the British actor ("Furious 7", "The Expendables 3") is approached by Marvel to take the coveted role of Bullseye.

In the comic books, Bullseye is one of Matt Murdock's enemies. He is a formidable villain who never misses his targets and is rumored to antagonize Charlie Cox's superhero character in the upcoming sophomore season.

The new season is due 2016. Rosario Dawson is officially confirmed to reprise her role as Claire Temple, a Hell's Kitchen nurse who was romantically entangled with Murdock in the first season. She signs a deal that will also allow her to appear in any of Marvel's other Netflix original series since her character has ties with other Defenders heroes.

Jason Statham was last seen in action comedy "Spy" along with Melissa McCarthy. He will next be seen in action thriller "Mechanic: Resurrection" with Jessica Alba.
