Electricity hike Armenia’s internal issue: Kremlin spokesman

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Vladimir Putin did not discuss electricity prices in Armenia during a phone conversation with his counterpart Serzh Sargsyan, presidential spokesperson Dmitri Peskov said.

“The issue being an internal one for Armenia, the dialogue only focused on bilateral ties,” Peskov noted.

During the June 30 phone conversation, the Russian leader congratulated president Sargsyan on his birthday.

According to Kremlin, the parties further exchanged views on the development of integration processes in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.
