 $3.2mln to be assigned to finalize MFA building alienation process July 29, 2015 - 18:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government will allocate some $3.2 million to purchase the 100% stake of Ararat Restaurant LLC, situated in the 2nd government building in the Republic Square and belonging to Tango company. The draft decision will be submitted for approval on Thursday, July 30. As the 2nd government building belongs to Ararat Restaurant company, it was necessary to purchase 100% stake to finalize the process of alienation, Tert.am reports. The cost of purchasing the real estate was calculated, based on the average exchange rate, set by the Central Bank on July 10, which constitutes AMD 1,524,320,000.00.
