The captive and his family exchanged news through the ICRC, Ilaha Huseynova, head of Communication Department of the ICRC Baku Office told APA news agency. Huseynova said that the ICRC, in accordance with its mandate, monitors Baghdasaryan's conditions and provides communication with his family.
