  Armenian villager wounded in Azeri shelling September 29, 2015 - 18:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A resident of Paravakar village, located in Armenia's Tavush province was wounded in Azerbaijani shelling, Panorama.am reports citing the police. The farmer came under fire as he was harvesting grapes. No other details were reported. The Armenian village of Paravakar in Tavush province was shelled by Azerbaijani armed forces on September 24, with a village resident, Paytsar Aghajanyan, deadly injured. Other border villages were also bombarded: Sona Revazyan (born in 1974) and Shushan Asatryan (born in 1921) were killed in the border village of Berdavan.    The conflict between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan The conflict between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan broke out as result of the ethnic cleansing launched by the Azeri authorities in the final years of the Soviet Union. The Karabakh War was fought from 1991 (when the Nagorno Karabakh Republic was proclaimed) to 1994 (when a ceasefire was sealed by Armenia, NKR and Azerbaijan). Most of Nagorno Karabakh and a security zone consisting of 7 regions are now under control of NKR defense army. Armenia and Azerbaijan are holding peace talks mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group up till now.
