According to Watchers on the Wall, the lady in red is a Red Priestess who helps Daenerys sway the Masters and former slaves in Meereen. In some new pictures, she's seen talking in front of people on the street. Still per the fan site, the actress who has landed the said role is Melanie Liburd. A week ago, she updated her Instagram with info that she's heading to Spain to join the production of the hit HBO series.
