PSRC approves sale of Hrazdan power plantOctober 9, 2015 - 16:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Public Services Regulatory Commisssion (PSRC) of Armenia at a meeting on Friday, October 9, unanimously approved the sale of 100% shares of Hrazdan Energy Company, ARKA reports. “PSRC applied to Inter RAO on September 22, notifying about its intention to sell the 100% shares of Hrazdan Energy Company to Liormand Holdings Limited. Hrazdan Power Plant issued a similar appeal on September 28,” the head of Legal and Licensing Department of PSRC, Seda Shahinyan said. According to her, the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Armenia has approved the proposal.
