Armenia ranks 75th for quality of roads among 140 countriesDecember 14, 2015 - 18:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The World Economic Forum published its annual comprehensive report placing Armenia 99th among 140 countries for transport infrastructure. Taking into account the quality of roads, the country is listed the 75th, with neighboring Georgia ranking 73rd, Azerbaijan-70th, Turkey – 36th, and Iran – 63rd. The report examines in detail the broad range of global issues it seeks to address with stakeholders as part of its mission of improving the state of the world. The Global Competitiveness Report 2015-2016 assesses the competitiveness landscape of 140 economies, providing insight into the drivers of their productivity and prosperity.
